Jordan Thomas Marx is a licensed real estate broker and entrepreneur based in La Pine, in the high desert of Central Oregon. With nearly two decades in property valuation, government service, and real estate, his practice spans residential sales, land, development, and investment — distinguished by his embrace of artificial intelligence and digital tools to outcompete the competitors. 

Jordan began in property assessment with Lane County, building a command of appraisal and an analytical approach to property evaluation. This style still shapes how he prices and sells property. He went on to found New Millennium Realty before launching his current solo practice with eXp Realty, under the Oregon Realty Pro moniker. In 2022 he helped develop the Pine Landing Subdivision, a healthy and vibrant eight home community.  In 2025 he closed four transactions totaling $1.45 million and managed the escrow on a 32-acre Polk County land listing that will eventually turn into a seven parcel subdivision. A lifelong learner — an MBA, with an undergraduate degree in Political Science,  he treats AI and technology as a daily discipline and a competitive edge.

Defined by restless curiosity, a stoic clarity under pressure, and his role as father to his daughter Zoey, Jordan is a builder by nature: of property analysis, of digital tools, and of a business rooted in the high desert he calls home.
